What We Sell:

We offer the goods and services you see in our online catalog. If not anything else is agreed upon through written communication, this written communication will be legally binding, just like our terms and conditions. Our products are subject to availability, and while we try our best to show accurate images, some photos might not perfectly match the product. Don't worry, we're always aiming to give you the best idea of what you'll receive. Note that some of the pictures are taken before the coffee was roasted and will therefore not be accurate to the final product, but rather have a informational and educational role.

Pricing:

Our prices are in euros and include taxes. If tax rates change, that might affect the prices, but whatever the price is when you order is what you'll pay.

Where We Deliver:

We ship our tasty treats to folks both inside and outside of France. Just a heads up, though: any local import taxes or duties in your country are your responsibility.

Placing an Order:

Once you confirm your order, you're saying you understand and agree to our terms and conditions. All the info you give us and the confirmation email we send you are proof that we're doing business together.

But for hygiene reasons, we can't take back coffee and other consumables, in accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, which states: "The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for contracts: [...] 4. For the supply of goods likely to deteriorate or perish rapidly; 5. For the supply of goods whose seal has been broken by the consumer after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or protection of health". But if something's wrong with your order, just drop us an email within 30 days, and we'll try to sort it out.
